Diploma or Degree in Film Production, Media, Visual Communications, or a related field

2–4 years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio

Bilingual proficiency: English and Mandarin (spoken; Mandarin reading ability required for content comprehension)

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro to a professional level

Proven experience editing long-form content (20–60 minute episodes), not just short clips

Demonstrable storytelling ability — your portfolio must show understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional arc

Strong visual aesthetic and an eye for what looks good and why

Reliable and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Edit long-form Podcast and YouTube episodes across multiple original series with a consistent weekly output

Produce high-quality event highlight films for company conventions, gala nights, and major programmes — requiring strong cinematic storytelling, not just recap reels

Edit leadership and executive interview content, bringing personality and depth to talking-head formats through pacing, music, and visual choices

Produce training highlight reels capturing the most impactful moments from each session

Apply colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and branded lower-thirds to a professional standard

Manage video assets, organise raw footage, and maintain project file archiving

Collaborate with the Content and Creative teams on production planning and creative direction

Contribute ideas on visual treatment, pacing, and storytelling approach — you are expected to be a creative contributor, not just a technician
