Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field

5 years of experience in construction/projects

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control

Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software (e.g. PlanSwift, CostX – advantage)

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities

Monitor project costs and control expenditure

Evaluate tenders, contracts, and variations

Prepare interim valuations and final accounts

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors

Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures

Assist in risk analysis and cost forecasting
