Job Requirements:

Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payment, E-Wallet, or Financial Services is preferred.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
Immediate availability is an advantage
Responsibilities
Understand and resolve customer issues by providing timely support and effective solutions.
Identify customer needs and communicate insights to relevant internal teams.
Handle service incidents and coordinate with teams to minimize customer impact.
Analyze customer account performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
