Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
Experience managing Shopee and Shopifyor similar e-commerce platforms.
Experience in retail, home furnishing, bedding, FMCG, or consumer products is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Good understanding of marketplace seller centres and e-commerce operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Meta Business Suite, or similar digital tools is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of SEO, product listing optimisation, and digital marketing principles.
Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is an added advantage.

Understanding of online consumer behaviour and digital merchandising.
Experience in generating sales reports and performance dashboards.
Knowledge of AI tools for content optimisation and productivity is an added advantage.Coordinate new product launches, stock availability, pricing updates, and product discontinuations.
Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment, and delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, executing promotional campaigns, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring an excellent online shopping experience.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about e-commerce, with experience in managing online marketplaces and brand websites.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's online stores - Shopee and the official website.
Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized with compelling titles, descriptions, specifications, and images.
Coordinate new product launches, stock availability, pricing updates, and product discontinuations.
Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment, and delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Manage and return and refund efficiently and know how to dispute whenever necessary.
Sales & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and monitor online campaigns, flash sales, platform mega campaigns, and promotional activities.
Coordinate participation in marketplace campaigns such as 8.8, 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, and 12.12 sales events and mini monthly campaign.
Manage promotional vouchers, bundles, free gifts, and pricing strategies to maximize sales.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign messaging and promotional materials.
