Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, create, and produce engaging photo and video content

2. Manage and update social media platforms by edit videos for reels, short clips, and promotional content

3. Design marketing materials including posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and social media visuals

4. Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports

5. Prepare and manage weekly and monthly content calendars

6. Execute basic digital marketing activities including social media ads and post boosting

7. Ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging

8. Assist in marketing campaigns for enrolment, events, and festive promotions

9. Coordinate with other department and management to capture relevant content

10. Ensure all content complies with market trend, privacy, and company policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of social media and content experience.
• Able to plan, shoot and edit content for Social Media independently.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong grasp of retail trends and industry dynamics.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
