Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or shared services, including team leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of demand planning, logistics, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain operations.

Familiarity with SAP (SD & MM modules) will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of import/export regulations, compliance, and supply chain best practices.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across functions.

Proactive, results-driven, and able to work with a high level of integrity.

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supply coordination.

Oversee the Order Management Shared Services team, ensuring efficient operations, service excellence, and continuous process improvements.

Drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency across regional order management activities.

Manage logistics operations, warehouse performance, 3PL providers, and distribution to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.

Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, trade requirements, and company policies.

Collaborate with regional headquarters, business units, and key stakeholders to align supply chain strategies and business objectives.

Monitor supplier and vendor performance, manage operational risks, and support data-driven decision-making through SAP and performance reporting.
