Job Description

Requirements

  • Min SPM, school leavers are welcomed
  • Able to work in rotating shifts (9am-6pm | 6pm-2am)
  • Proficiency in fast-typing and written Mandarin & English
  • Patient, friendly, independent, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating responsibility and a serious attitude towards learning.
  • Handling online inquiries and email communications from customers, providing professional consultation services based on customer needs, promptly understanding customer issues, and delivering correct and satisfactory responses.
  • Answering customer queries, understanding and addressing customer needs, and promptly communicating/feedback to immediate supervisors.
  • Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner
  • Data collect/analysing
