Job Description

Requirements

  • Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) or equivalent is preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Maintenance or Facilities Management.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.

  • Good troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic inspections of electrical equipment, pump motors, and mechanical systems.

  • Perform minor repairs in common areas, including electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry works.

  • Replace faulty electrical components and lighting fixtures.

  • Report major defects to the Building Supervisor or Building Manager for further action.

  • Maintain records of repair works and replacement parts.

  • Assist with preventive maintenance programmes.

  • Carry out other maintenance duties assigned by the Building Supervisor or Manager.
