Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Management or Facilities Management.
Diploma or Certificate in Building Management or related field is preferred.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily building operations and maintenance activities.
Conduct routine inspections of common areas, facilities, and M&E systems.
Report defects and coordinate repair and maintenance works.
Supervise cleaners, security personnel, maintenance staff, and contractors.
Ensure contractors comply with quality and safety standards.
Attend to residents' and tenants' enquiries and complaints.
Coordinate move-in and move-out activities.
Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and building security.
Assist during emergency situations and fire drills.
Maintain daily reports, maintenance records, and inventory.
