Basic networking and IT knowledge is required.

Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services.

Diagnose and resolve basic networking and IT-related issues.

Provide technical support to customers and ensure service quality.

Prepare service reports and complete assigned tasks on time.

Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
