Requirements
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Well-organised, responsible, and able to multitask.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Issue and send monthly and quarterly maintenance statements to property owners.
Follow up with owners to collect maintenance charges and ensure timely payments.
Prepare and issue receipts for facility rental bookings.
Send reminders and notices to payment defaulters promptly.
Manage site petty cash in accordance with HQ Accounts SOP.
Prepare and submit payment requisitions.
Prepare and display notices on notice boards.
Maintain proper filing and documentation, including purchaser files, access card records, contracts, licences, and other important records.
Receive, record, and follow up on residents' and owners' complaints.
Update residents' and owners' contact information in the master database.
Monitor and report staff attendance.
Verify monthly service provider invoices.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Company.
