Requirements
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to Jollibee's high standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Participate in inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients to minimize waste.
Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and company policies.
Assist in training and onboarding new staff members, imparting knowledge of Jollibee's menu, service procedures, and operational guidelines.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with staff and customers.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, performing end-of-shift reconciliation.
Be adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the business needs.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant atmosphere.
Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints effectively, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Lead and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring all staff are trained on operational procedures and food safety protocols.
Uphold stringent food safety and hygiene standards, conducting regular checks and ensuring compliance with all health regulations.
Support the Restaurant Manager in staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and implementing training programs for new and existing employees.
Handle cash management, including opening and closing procedures, reconciling tills, and preparing daily sales reports.
