Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.

Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with live audiences.

Creative, outgoing, and passionate about TikTok and social media.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to influence and connect with viewers.

Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage (training will be provided).

Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.

Previous experience as a TikTok LIVE Host, content creator, or livestream host is a plus.

Host engaging TikTok LIVE sessions to promote IBPO's financial products and services.

Interact with viewers by answering questions and building a fun, positive community.

Share financial information in a simple, clear, and engaging way.

Encourage viewers to sign up for IBPO programs and myIBPO+.

Plan and create LIVE content based on trending topics and TikTok trends.

Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to support campaigns.

Review LIVE performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and results.

Stay updated with the latest TikTok features, trends, and live-selling techniques.
