Role Overview:
You will be the key link between the company and our clients — building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring smooth communication that drives successful campaign outcomes and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do:
Generate New Leads: Identify and target new clients, pitch tailored solutions and close deals.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
Project Coordination: Manage day-to-day project timelines, deliverables, and approvals between clients and internal teams.
Brief Development: Translate client objectives into clear, actionable briefs for the creative, media, and production departments.
Campaign Execution: Oversee campaign progress from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Reporting & Insights: Track and report campaign performance, gather feedback, and propose data-driven improvements.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on advertising trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Networking: Represent the agency at industry events and expand the agency’s network.
