Requirements
Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related role.
Proven experience in designing and executing test cases and test plans.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and provide feedback on usability.
Automate testing processes where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage.
Participate in code reviews and provide input on testability and quality aspects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
