Requirements
Diploma in any field.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or a related role.
Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
Confident in building relationships with customers.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
