Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field (portfolio is more important than qualification)
- At least 2 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content creation
- Added advantage for male candidates due to the nature of the job and specific working requirements.
- Proficient in CapCut (mobile and/or desktop) – mandatory
- Familiar with Canva for basic graphic design support
- Strong understanding of short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
- Experience in producing video advertisements for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Portfolio or sample work is required (freelance and personal projects are accepted)
- Able to work on-site in Kota Bharu, Kelantan
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
- Skills in colour grading and basic motion graphics
- Understanding of ad creative structures, including hooks, storytelling, and call-to-action (CTA)
- Familiarity with A/B testing for video ad performance
- Experience working with a brand, digital agency, or e-commerce company
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns
- Create short-form videos optimized for Facebook, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
- Add subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects, and motion text to enhance content quality
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creatives aligned with campaign objectives
- Produce multiple video variations for A/B testing and performance improvement
- Stay updated with the latest content trends and ensure timely delivery of all video projects
