Requirements
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, processing paperwork, and maintaining filing systems.
Assist with recruitment processes, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Help organize and coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Utilize HR software and systems for data entry, record keeping, and generating reports as needed.
Possess a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, particularly in handling documentation and data.
Exhibit clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in basic office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
