Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.

Language Proficiency:Excellent command ofMandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, includingMicrosoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Applicants are required to attach a copy of their SPM certificate together with their application.

Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of computer hardware and software to ensure stable system operations.

Maintain and manage various company application systems, providing daily operational support and issue resolution.

Consolidate local system requirements and maintenance issues, report and coordinate with the headquarters IT department to ensure system functionality continues to meet business needs.

Assist in implementing local system integration solutions (e.g., HR, logistics systems) to enhance business process efficiency.

Support and follow up on projects or other IT-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
