Requirements
Minimum SPM with 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in customer service or back-office support.
IT/networking/software/hardware knowledge is an added advantage.
Able to communicate with customers via calls and WhatsApp.
Experience in the telco industry (e.g. Maxis, Unifi, or CelcomDigi) is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Technically savvy, adaptable, and willing to learn.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Coordinate fibre installation and troubleshooting appointments.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and support tickets.
Liaise with installers and service partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
Provide basic post-installation technical support.
Ensure service delivery meets SLA and customer satisfaction targets.
