【Must】
Having bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
2 years of experience in trade operations, sales coordination, or logistics support.
2 years of working experience in trading companies (Sogo Shosha or specialized trading firms).
岗位职责
Trade Coordination: Coordinate both export, import, offshore, and domestic business operations to ensure seamless product delivery.
Back-Office Administration: Manage comprehensive back-office support functions, maintaining accurate transaction records and ensuring smooth administrative workflows.
Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and maintain all required shipping documentation (including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin) with strict accuracy.
Logistics & Shipment Planning: Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and warehouses to arrange efficient logistics and shipment activities.
Financial Tracking: Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) processes, ensuring timely billing, payment verification, and coordination with the accounting department.
