About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Admin to support the company's daily administrative operations.
Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Passed Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese subjects in SPM.
Able to communicate, read, and write in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Handle general administrative and office management duties.
Manage company documents, filing systems, and records.
Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other internal documentation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
Provide administrative support to Management and various departments.
Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and business information.
Assist in organizing company meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties when required.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
