Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Malaysia.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations in Malaysia.

Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to clients.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and industry best practices to provide informed and reliable advice to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients, leveraging the expertise of specialists in areas such as audit, tax, and advisory services.

Develop and implement account management plans to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
