任职资格
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Digital or Growth Marketing.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in tech, e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace companies is a plus.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Manage campaign timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate campaign launches across multiple channels.
Work closely with Product team.
Track campaign performance and key metrics.
Analyse data to improve campaign results.
Prepare campaign reports and insights.
Test new campaign ideas and growth strategies.
Identify market trends and user behaviour.
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
Support user acquisition and engagement initiatives.
