Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing/performance marketing experience
Command of Mandarin.
Experience in regulated or restricted industries preferred
Strong understanding of paid media ecosystems (Meta, Google, native ads, programmatic, influencer, affiliates)
Familiar with attribution models, tracking tools, and analytics platforms (GA4, Pixels, UTMs, MMPs)
Comfortable working with funnel metrics and unit economics (CPA, LTV, ROAS, CAC payback)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to iterate quickly and work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Responsibilities
Plan, execute & optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid and alternative channels (e.g. search, social, affiliates, influencers, native)
Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV and retention KPIs
Build & optimise end-to-end funnels for lead acquisition, activation, and conversion
Coordinate creative development, messaging, landing pages, and user journeys to improve performance
Experiment with non-traditional channels suitable for grey/regulated markets
Manage budgets, pacing, and media spend across campaigns
Ensure platform compliance and mitigate advertising restrictions for regulated industries
Prepare performance reports and strategic insights for management
