Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in photography, videography, or video editing.

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or other relevant video editing software.

Familiar with operating cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and other filming gear, with a strong understanding of composition and camera techniques.

Good understanding of short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Xiaohongshu (RED), with the ability to identify and follow trending content.

Creative, detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing strong communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work independently to complete both filming and post-production tasks while delivering projects on schedule.

Candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin will be given priority.

Responsible for the daily photography and videography of live stream hosts, short-form video production, and event coverage.

Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (RED).

Execute video shooting and content production based on the requirements of the Operations team.

Set up and manage photography equipment, lighting, and shooting environments.

Handle post-production, including video editing, color grading, subtitle creation, cover design, and final content export.

Collaborate with the Operations team to develop creative content ideas that enhance video quality and increase audience reach.

Utilize AI tools to support content creation, including script generation, video enhancement, subtitle generation, asset organization, and workflow optimization.

Integrate AI technologies with social media trends to continuously optimize video content, improve audience engagement, and increase platform exposure.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and continuously optimize video content to maximize performance.

Organize and manage all photo and video assets, ensuring files are well maintained and all shooting and editing tasks are completed on schedule.
