Requirements
Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering field. Degree in Business Admin or related discipline will be considered if work experience is in industrial sales.
Minimum 5 - 6 years of industrial sales experience with a proven track record in high-tech sectors.
Professionally trained in sales management and advanced selling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 CRM or any CRM software is a must.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Additional language skills in German, French or Japanese is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, service oriented, assertive, with lots of drive.
Ready to independent travel abroad, especially in European countries, with international driving license.
Responsibilities
Drive sales targets for assigned accounts by developing and executing tactical account management and marketing plans.
Execute both international and local exhibitions, customer visits as well as online meetings to meet existing and prospective customers regularly.
Utilize CRM/ERP data and market analysis periodically to manage sales growth and identify sales opportunities with existing accounts as well as generate high potential new leads.
Partner with Engineering and Quality departments to provide technical solutions and fulfill orders accurately.
Maintain rigorous tracking of territory performance and sales pipelines within the CRM and ERP systems.
