*Job Title: * Customer Service Representative – Banking (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Date of Joining: Early September

Working Details

Shift Time: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Working Days: 5 days/week (Rotational)

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM 4,700

KPI Allowance: Up to RM 300

NSA Allowance: Applicable

Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a banking background to support Singapore-based customers.

Requirements

* Native Mandarin speaker (China profile preferred).

* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

* 1–2 years of experience in Banking Customer Service.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.

* Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls, chats, and email inquiries from Singapore customers related to banking services.

* Assist customers with account-related queries including balances, transactions, credit card usage, payments, and fees.

* Support customers in cases of lost or stolen cards, fraudulent activities, and account security concerns.

* Provide accurate information on banking products and services such as credit limits, interest rates, reward points, and billing cycles.

* Process service requests including account updates, disputes, and payment arrangements.

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions in the system.

* Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and data security standards.

* Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

* Achieve individual and team KPIs such as customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and handling time.
