• Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field

• 3–5 years HR experience (recruitment focused preferred)

• Knowledge of Malaysia HR practices

• HRD Corp experience is an advantage

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to multitask and work independently

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, job offers, onboarding

• Conduct physical/virtual interviews and ensure positive candidate experience

• Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms

• Develop recruitment strategies and maintain talent pipelines

• Manage graduate recruitment and internship programs with institutions/partners

• Work with hiring managers on manpower planning and requirements

• Conduct HR induction for new employees

Training & Development

• Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills

• Identify training needs with department heads

• Support HRD Corp claims and training administration

• Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events

• Support initiatives to improve workplace culture

HR Administration & Strategy Support

• Support workforce planning with department heads

• Maintain HR records for audit and compliance

• Assist in HR process improvement initiatives
