Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in managerial role.

Fluent in spoken and written in both English and Mandarin.

Proactive, results-driven, strong communication and organized.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Design and lead hiring strategies to bring in top-tier, diverse talent.

Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and develop targeted hiring plans.

Source talents across using multiple channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding.

Support employer branding and promote company as an employer of choice through strategic campaigns and outreach efforts.

Track recruitment metrics and provide insights through regular reporting to measure success and optimize hiring efforts.

Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
