Full Time Position

We’re looking for a creative and trend-sensitive marketer who can turn ideas into high-converting content for Xnowé.

Join us in building Xnowé’s brand presence and social media influence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

（01）Plan content direction based on campaign objectives and sales goals

（02）Create high-converting IG Story / Reels content

（03）Assist in managing Instagram / XiaoHongShu / TikTok / Facebook

（04）Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels / Stories)

（05）Maintain brand visual consistency and aesthetic

（06）Analyze content performance and optimize engagement & inquiries

（07）Assist with booth / campaign content execution

REQUIREMENTS

（01）Understanding of social media trends and content marketing

（02）Good aesthetic sense and branding awareness

（03）Able to use CapCut / Canva or similar editing tools

（04）Passionate about filming, creating, and documenting content

（05）Able to work in a fast-paced environment

（06）Responsible with a proactive learning attitude
