Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma and above.
- Language required: Mandarin & English.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Handle and process Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments accurately and timely
- Prepare payment documents and banking instructions for local and overseas suppliers
- Verify invoices, payment details, and supporting documents before processing payments
- Maintain proper records of bank transactions and payment documents
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor payment status
- Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payment matters
- Assist in accounts payable and daily accounting operations
- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and regulations
- Support month-end closing and finance reporting activities
