Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Product Development, or a related field.

• At least 2–5 years of experience in product design or product development.

• Packaging design knowledge, material sourcing and manufacturing coordination.

• Experience in consumer products, home fragrance, gift products, lifestyle products, home décor, or FMCG is an added advantage.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Experience with 3D design software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, Blender, or similar is preferred.

• Strong creativity with good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.

• Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product construction.

• Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products from concept to production.

• Create product concepts, sketches, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.

• Design product appearance, structure, dimensions, and functionality.

• Develop fragrance accessories, gift sets, car diffusers, home fragrance products, and limited-edition collections.

• Research market trends, consumer preferences, materials, colours, and packaging innovations.

• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers on prototyping, sampling, tooling, and production improvements.

• Review prototypes and recommend design improvements before mass production.

• Ensure products meet quality, safety, cost, and manufacturing requirements.

• Collaborate with Marketing on product launches and storytelling.

• Maintain proper documentation, specifications, and product development timelines.
