[Salary & Compensation Breakdown (Entry Level)]

• Total Employment Value (CTC):Around RM 3,000 / month

• Includes Gross Salary + Full Employer EPF (13%), SOCSO, and EIS paid by the company.

• Potential Gross Salary:Up to RM 2,650 / month

• Basic Salary: RM 1,700

• Attendance Allowance: Estimated around RM 400 / month (For full attendance)

• Overtime (OT) Pay: Estimated around RM 550 / month (Stable OT hours provided)

[Career Progression & Fast-Track Promotion]

• Promotion to Supervisor:

Total Package Value (CTC):RM 3,500 – RM 4,000 / month

(Based on performance & leadership)

• Promotion to Outlet Manager:

Total Package Value (CTC):RM 5,000 – RM 5,500 / month

[Job Responsibilities]

• Greet customers warmly, introduce the menu, and take orders accurately.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently with a smile.

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area/tables.

• Assist with basic cashiering and cash handling when required.

• Working Hours

Monday - Sunday : 1 off day

Time Frame : 10am-10pm

Main working hours : 12pm-10pm (1hour break time)

• Open to Malaysian citizens.

• Valid Typhoid Injection Certificate

• Valid Food Handler Certificate

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and desire to grow into a management role.

• Fresh graduates and beginners are highly welcome! (We provide full, professional training).
