Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Loan and Mortgage sales.
Experienced in serving the Malay market.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Comfortable appearing in social media content (videos/live sessions).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
Responsibilities
Follow up with ready customer leads regarding personal loan and mortgage products.
Build relationships with customers and provide suitable financial solutions.
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Create engaging social media content and be comfortable appearing on camera to promote products and services.
Maintain accurate customer records and provide excellent customer service.
