Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or another customer-facing role.
Enjoys talking to people and building genuine relationships with customers.
Passionate about helping others and creating a great customer experience.
Confident communicating in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to stay calm under pressure and solve problems with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Chat with customers through calls, emails, and messages—and make every interaction a good one.
Build strong relationships with customers so they know they can count on you.
Help customers get started on Ricebowl and make sure they're getting the most out of our platform.
Work with teammates across different departments to solve problems and improve the customer experience.
Spot opportunities to help customers grow, and connect them with the Sales team when needed.
