Requirements

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and a strong understanding of customer needs to de-escalate situations and find effective solutions.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and actions taken in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and to provide feedback on customer experience trends.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to the development of customer service best practices.

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin, ensuring clarity and understanding in all customer interactions.

  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and foster positive relationships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution, acting as a liaison between customers and other departments.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management for service enhancements.

  • Assist customers with onboarding processes, account management, and troubleshooting technical difficulties, ensuring a smooth and positive user journey.

  • Handle customer complaints with tact and professionalism, aiming to de-escalate situations and retain customer loyalty.

  • Contribute to building and maintaining positive customer relationships through consistent and reliable support.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering customer service, ensuring compliance and data security.
