Job Description

Requirements

This is a full-time on-site role for Business Development Consultant based in Singapore. This role will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and helping organizations expand their market presence and revenue. This role combines market analysis, sales strategy, and client advisory to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Requirements:

  1. Rehabilitation / Physiotherapy Products

  • Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience in rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or medical devices

  • Strong network and in-depth market knowledge within the rehabilitation/physiotherapy sector

  1. Medical Aesthetic & Beauty Products

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience in medical aesthetic or beauty products

  • Strong network and in-depth market knowledge within the medical aesthetic and beauty industry.

  • Proven negotiation and consultative selling skills with a track record of closing B2B deals.

  • Comfortable communicating in English and Mandarin.

  • Highly self-driven, resourceful, independent, and committed to integrity and achieving results.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Country Manager and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients; generate leads and promote products to clinics, spas, wellness centres, beauty salons, and other professional businesses according to your product focus (Rehabilitation or Medical Aesthetic).

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strong commercial execution.

  • Conduct B2B sales presentations, product demonstrations, and participate in tradeshows, workshops, and industry events.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

  • Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand-building activities.

  • Provide excellent customer service and manage day-to-day communication with customers and business partners.
