• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience in finance operations, administrative support, e-commerce, or shared services is an added advantage.

As a Payment Admin, you will support the finance operations team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of payment-related transactions. Depending on business needs, you may be assigned to either the Accounts Payable (AP)orAccounts Receivable (AR) function.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Process and verify invoices, claims, and payment transactions accurately.

• Perform reconciliation of financial records and resolve discrepancies.

• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with vendors or stakeholders.

• Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth financial operations.

• Handle administrative tasks related to payment processing and finance operations.
