Open to Fresh Graduates. Prior experience in debt collection or call center roles is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident, professional, and persuasive.
Calm under pressure with great problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English & Bahasa.
Responsibilities
Reach out to customers to discuss overdue accounts and develop personalized repayment plans.
Make outbound calls to encourage timely payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve and exceed collection targets while complying with company and regulatory guidelines.
Act as the main point of contact for customers on repayment queries and updates.
