1. Connecting with KOLs

• Reach out to influencers daily through outbound calls to share information about ongoing programs and invite them to take part in suitable campaigns.

2. New KOL Onboarding

• Guide newly signed-up KOLs through each step of the onboarding flow, including enabling their livestream tools and ensuring they complete all required actions.

3. Reconnecting with Inactive KOLs

• Initiate follow-ups with KOLs who have become inactive, update them on new program advantages, and encourage them to rejoin platform activities.

4. Supporting KOL Reactivation

• Assist returning KOLs with updating their details, planning their livestream sessions, and submitting essential information such as stream schedules and links.
