Open to Fresh Graduates. Prior experience in debt collection or call center roles is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident, professional, and persuasive.
Calm under pressure with great problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English & Bahasa.
Responsibilities

Follow up on overdue accounts and encourage customers to make payments through calls.
Meet or exceed targets while following company rules and guidelines.
Handle customer questions about their outstanding balances and provide clear support.
