Requirements
Prior experience in SME financing, business loans, telesales, banking, or credit sales will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
Sales-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Willing to attend product knowledge and compliance training when required.
Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to introduce SME financing solutions such as Seller Loans and Quick Funds.
Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable financing products through effective cross-selling and upselling.
Follow up on leads promptly to maximise conversion opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing products, promotional campaigns, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Gather customer insights and provide feedback on lead quality, customer responses, and sales approaches to support continuous improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for the Business Development Lead while contributing ideas to improve sales performance and strategies.
