Able to communicate and write in Mandarin
Good attendance and punctual
Pleasant personality
Detail-oriented and organized
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
Positive attitude and willingness to lear
Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver documents between a few offices in the same building.
Change diffuser essential oils in boss's offices daily.
Change bosses drinking water daily.
Plant watering in office units daily.
At times go out for Site Visit.
Provide photocopier meter reading.
Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
