Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent. Diploma and Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, banking, FMCG, or customer service is an advantage. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Recommend suitable products and provide accurate information to meet customers' needs.
Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
Prepare and verify customer documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the branch's overall performance.
Support daily branch operations and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet.
Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities organized by Ar-Rahnu Express and HABIB Group to promote our products and services.
Build strong customer relationships and enhance brand awareness within the community.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
