Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical machinery.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good understanding of safety procedures and protocols in an industrial setting.

Willingness to work in a full-time, onsite capacity.

Basic computer literacy for data recording and reporting.

Operate and maintain various production machines according to standard operating procedures.

Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with production equipment.

Monitor machine output and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet production targets.

Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and housekeeping standards.

Collaborate with the engineering team on machine upgrades, modifications, and new equipment installations.

Record production data, maintenance activities, and any encountered issues accurately.
