Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Engineering or related fields.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1+ year experience is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Engineer Assistant with a passion for engineering to ensure exceptional customer service. This position requires the candidate be able to work night shifts.

  • Provide customer support through email and online platforms (basic technical inquiries, order status follow-up, issue clarification).

  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order delivery.

  • Handle after-sales questions, complaints, and track solutions.

  • Collect customer feedback and assist in improving service processes.

  • Work with the team to meet performance goals; able to accept day/night shift rotations.
