Team Leadership & Floor Management

• Supervise daily beverage operations, coordinate staff schedules, and delegate tasks effectively.

• Train and mentor baristas on espresso preparation, milk texturing, latte art, mixology techniques, and customer service standards.

• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and presentation guidelines.

Beverage Excellence & Menu Innovation

• Oversee coffee preparation, including espresso extraction, grinder calibration, and quality control.

• Prepare and supervise the production of coffee, cocktails, and mocktails while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.

• Collaborate with management to develop, test, and introduce seasonal or new beverage menus.

Inventory, Operations & Compliance

• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimise waste and control costs.

• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of coffee machines, grinders, and bar equipment.

• Handle POS opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, allergen management, and relevant licensing regulations.
