Job Description

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development in any sector.
  • Experience in renewable energy, batteries, drones, automotive, electrical products, or consumer electronics is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Other Requirements

  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
  • Willing to travel throughout Malaysia and occasionally overseas.
  • Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required for events or exhibitions.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Malaysia and ASEAN markets.
  • Generate qualified sales leads through networking, digital platforms, exhibitions, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.
  • Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipeline.

E-Bike Business (B2B)

  • Develop dealer and retailer networks nationwide.
  • Source corporate clients, universities, hotels, tourism operators, industrial parks, and government agencies.
  • Promote fleet sales for delivery companies and commercial users.
  • Coordinate product training for dealers and business partners.
  • Support dealer marketing activities and product launches.

PowerBoxx Portable Power Solutions (B2B & B2C)

1. Promote and sell PowerBox portable power stations to:

  • Outdoor businesses
  • Event companies
  • Construction companies
  • Camping retailers
  • Emergency response organisations
  • Food truck and pasar malam operators
  • Residential customers

2. Develop and expand reseller and distribution channels.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and provide product education to customers.
4. Support online sales channels, including the company website, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
5. Respond to customer enquiries from social media and other digital platforms.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
7. Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

8. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities and market feedback.

Drone Business

1. Light Show Drone

  • Promote drone light show services to:
  • Event organisers
  • Government agencies
  • Shopping malls
  • Tourism boards
  • Corporate clients
  • Property developers

2. Prepare event proposals and presentations.

3. Coordinate with the operations team on project execution.

Agricultural Drone

1. Promote agricultural drone services for:

  • Plantation owners
  • Farmers
  • Agricultural cooperatives
  • Government agricultural programmes

2. Arrange product demonstrations and field trials.

3. Develop partnerships with agricultural distributors.

Lithium Battery Business

1. Develop OEM and industrial customer accounts.

2. Promote lithium battery solutions for:

  • E-Bikes
  • Energy storage systems
  • Portable power stations
  • Industrial applications

3. Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams on customer requirements.

4. Monitor industry trends and identify new market opportunities.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage company social media platforms.
  • Coordinate content creation with the marketing team.
  • Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and product launches.
  • Prepare promotional materials and sales brochures.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events and customer engagement activities.
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to improve brand awareness.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain excellent customer service before and after sales.
  • Resolve customer enquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with the operations team.
