Able to communicate averagely in English OR Bahasa Malaysia
Fast response to messages and calls from team members.
Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
Good attention to Detail working on maintenance
Looking for a stable and permanent job with growth opportunities
Hardworking to complete given tasks
Responsibilities
Capable of performing basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, transport and deliver things, change locks, adhoc repair ( Training will be Provided )
Responds promptly to messages in the WhatsApp group.
Assists in resolving all maintenance-related issues and ad-hoc problems.
Answers calls from customer service team members and managers.
Schedules and coordinates repairs or upgrades as necessary.
Ensures that all equipment and facilities are in proper working order.
Procures the necessary materials for repairing units.
